Issue

My customer wants me to do quality copies every 5,000 books. With date and time.

My customer wants me to do a quality card after each sleeve.

My customer wants to do a quality card after each sleeve every 1,000 cards. With all 9999.

How?

Either the data has to come with QC records (Case 1) or you make them with the controller.

Case 2: You can add a quality record after each sleeve to the data

Enter a number in QC-Char and press N for numbering.

Respond with Yes if you want a quality copy after each sleeve.

This will not only break the data in 100s but add a quality record after each 100.

Case 3: You can print a standard message with a Jetarray

Just click the Quality Copy button before starting production. Enter QC and the period.

The quality copy will be removed at the gate, or in the case of the Profold machine, will be sent to the reorder bin.

The text per line will be:
1-QUALITY COPY
2-BOOKTYPE: A

4-DATAFILE: data_35032
5-RECORD: 5000 BUNDLE: 50
