Gazelle III Rewinder with eZ-Colorjet
Rosas Maschinenbau will demonstrate its third-generation Gazelle high-speed bidirectional rewinder for imprinting a variety of labels. The new Gazelle III 6-color digital imprinting machine features an unwind diameter 650mm, web widths from 40-330mm, print width up to 200mm, corona treatment, a flexo primer station, Graph-Tech’s eZ-Colorjet 100 DOD 4 color process inkjet head based on Epson PrecisionCore S3200 technology and also Graph-Tech’s eZ-Inkjet 120 Dual head DOD UV inkjet with LED UV curing unit.
Also featured will be two of Rosas’ table top rewinders. The first is their Cheetah 500 with AI technology for label inspection with an advanced RFID HF & UHF tag serialization module with code verifier & backside serialisation and TIJ printer for numbering and coding. The second table top rewinder is their Leopard 300 with a SMARTSCAN label inspection system, 2k resolution, and 180 m/min inspection speed.
