Teamviewer is the only tool that Graph-Tech uses nowadays for remote support.
You can download it from the controller (if you can download something that means that the controller is connected to the www or the internet) from www.teamviewer.com
After starting teamviewer, you will see your id (9digits) and a password (4 digits). Email those.
